Emily Decker

I have been married to Dave J. Decker, Jr. since December of 1994 and we have three children named Kenna, Davy, and Reese.  When not at work I can be found taking care of my family and home, having lunch with friends or high school girls who allow me to speak into their lives.  We love being with family and find it even a great treat when that time together is spent in God’s creation.  You might even find me working on my homework for one of the three VP3 processes that I have the privilege to be a part of at my church, Trinity Baptist here in Sioux Falls.  I can also be found helping my husband in the non-profit ministry we started called LightsOut.  LightsOut finds the whole Decker family traveling to several Christian music festivals throughout the summer as we minister to bands and artists.  Throughout the year, we pray for and send Dave out to continue that ministry.

I came to work for VantagePoint3 in March of 2009 while the youngest of my three children was finishing her last year of preschool.  In August of that same year, as all three kids went back to school, I increased my part time hours as the Office Assistant at VP3.  I find it a privilege to work for a company whose processes has meant so much to me in my own spiritual life and pray for those who are currently going through the same journey and those who themselves are praying about starting the journey.  Take the first step; it’s a walk you won’t soon forget.
