Please read carefully before registering:

  • All fields are required except the "comments" field.
  • Emerging and Equipping registrants are charged a non-refundable $50.00 registration fee when registering for Block A Training. For early bird registrations (prior to May 1) this fee will be waived.  Please review the info page for your specific event for more detailed pricing information.
  • Emerging and Equipping registrations must be made no later than one week prior to the scheduled training.
